First of all, the government is planning to issue the weight of renewable energy power consumption responsibilities in 2024, and cooperate with relevant departments to clarify the reasonable utilization rate of wind power and photovoltaics by province. This policy aims to promote the development of wind power and photovoltaics in an orderly manner with the weight of consumption responsibilities as the bottom line and the reasonable utilization rate as the upper limit. For example, the joint release by nine departments including the Ministry of Commerce reflects the Chinese government’s great emphasis on and strong support for the new energy vehicle industry. A high degree of coordination and consistency at the policy level will provide all-round, multi-level support and guarantee for new energy vehicle trade cooperation, thereby opening up a multi-port sea channel.
